The purpose of “The Exchange” is to share your first language and practice your second language with native speakers. It will also be an opportunity to share our ways of life since our native tongue reflects our cultures and gives us a deeper understanding of how we express ourselves differently. We will explore cultural topics, engage in conversation activities, sing songs, do some grammar, reading and writing
practice, but mostly create opportunities for cross-cultural friendships.
Our Language and Culture Exchange will take place on the second Thursday of the month from 6:00-7:30 pm in the Social Hall of First Presbyterian Church in Fort Bragg.
Eve Oliphant will be leading this program and you can talk with her if you have questions, want to help, or if you know someone who would like to participate.

El propósito del intercambio es compartir tu primer idioma y practicar tu segundo idioma con hablantes nativos.
También será una oportunidad para compartir nuestras formas de vivir ya que nuestra lenguaje natal refleja nuestras culturas y nos da una comprensión más profunda de como nos expresamos de manera diferente. Exploraremos temas culturales, participaremos en actividades de conversación, cantaremos canciones, haremos algo de gramática, práctica de lectura y escritura, pero principalmente crearemos oportunidades para amistades interculturales.
Nuestro Intercambio de Idioma y Culturas se llevará a cabo el segundo jueves del mes de 6:00 a 7:30 pm en el Salón Social de la Primera Iglesia Presbiteriana en Fort Bragg.
Como maestra bilingüe y miembro de la comunidad de Fort Bragg durante muchos años, me emociona organizar y diseñar un programa que funcione para nosotros.
